The ladder, low to high
The ladder starts at Elements Casino Mohawk in Campbellville. Its low-limit tables carry a $5 minimum and open at 6 PM Thursday to Saturday and 2 PM on Sunday. Their closing time is not published. Level 1 tables start at a $20 minimum, and live tables run 12 PM to 6 AM daily.
Great Blue Heron Casino & Hotel lists a $10 minimum for Let it Ride and the four games listed with it. Blackjack carries a $15 minimum, and no table hours are published. At Great Canadian Casino Resort Toronto, the $15 minimum applies only on level 2, in the low limit room. An hours block follows those games: Thursday and Friday 8 PM to 4 AM, Saturday noon to 4 AM, Sunday noon to 8 PM. The venue page does not say which tables those hours cover.
Higher up, the high-limit tables in Toronto start at a $100 minimum. Pickering Casino Resort publishes no table minimum, so this guide shows it as not published, with no amount. Casino Ajax lists no live table games at all. Minimums can change, and more often than hours do.
Why the ladder moves
The ladder is not fixed, and minimums change more often than hours. At Elements Casino Mohawk, the operator says table minimums depend on the business needs and game demand of that day. Some games there are dealt on request, and opening and closing times can change too. Holiday hours are not given here, so check them on the venue's own site.
This guide checked every minimum and set of table hours on October 7 and 8, 2026, on the casinos' own pages. Minimums change more often than hours. So a minimum older than 30 days is rechecked before it appears again. Where a casino publishes no minimum, the guide says not published. Hours printed near a minimum without naming their tables are marked unclear.
A minimum is not a budget
A minimum is the smallest bet a table will take. It is not a budget. The budget is a separate amount, set before leaving home, and the table minimum does not change it. Minimums also move from day to day, which is one more reason to fix the budget first.
